Reset your IBOMEA password

Your IBOMEA account is the one you use on ibomea.com and in Ideal Body Measurements. If you forgot its password, you can choose a new one with a code we send to your email.

If you forgot your password

  1. Go to ibomea.com and select Log in / Register.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Enter the email address of your IBOMEA account.
  4. Look in your inbox, and in your spam folder, for a 6-digit verification code.
  5. Enter the code on the reset page and choose a new password.
Reset your password

If you are signed in and want to change it

  1. Open Profile → Profile security.
  2. Select Change password and complete the verification code steps.

Signed in on a shared device and can’t remember the password? Log out first, then use Forgot password? on the sign-in page.

What a new password needs

At least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol. The form shows each requirement as you type.
