Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it
A subscription keeps renewing until you cancel it in the store, even after you delete the app or your IBOMEA account.
Section 22 of the Terms of Service says so for any store subscription.
On iPhone or iPad (App Store)
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Ideal Body Measurements, then Cancel Subscription.
On an Apple device you can also open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions (opens in a new tab).
Refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com (opens in a new tab).
On Android (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select Ideal Body Measurements, then Cancel subscription, and follow the instructions.
From a computer, go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions (opens in a new tab), signed in with the same Google account.
Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play’s refund policy. You can ask for one from your order history at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory (opens in a new tab).
After you cancel
The subscription stops renewing. You usually keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for; the store shows the exact date when you cancel.
Deleting your account too?
Cancel the subscription first, then ask for the deletion. Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription.
